Vijaya Bank has informed that it has been decided to hold the meeting of the Board of Directors on July 30, 2015, to consider the financial results of the Bank, subjected to limited review for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.Further, in terms of Vijaya Bank code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from July 23, 2015 to August 01, 2015 for Directors/ Designated Persons of the Bank. Trading window will open on August 03, 2015.
