Tide Water Oil (India) has re-launched its Veedol branded automotive lubricants in the North and South American markets. For North America, it has selected a marketing licensee and for the South American market, it has floated a step-down marketing subsidiary.
Veedol International Americas Inc has been floated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Veedol International, UK, and the 100 per cent subsidiary of Tide Water Oil, which owns the rights to market Veedol in 120 countries across the globe.
Tide Water Oil Company is a part of the multi divisional Andrew Yule group that has diverse interests in Engineering, Electrical, Tea Cultivation, Power Generation, Digital Communication Systems and Lubricants.
