With reference to the earlier letter dated July 18, 2015 regarding Intimation of Board Meeting to be held on July 29, 2015, Conart Engineers has now informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is rescheduled and now will be held on August 07, 2015 (earlier scheduled to be held on July 29, 2015) (i) to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company, subject to Limited Review by Statutory Auditors, for the First Quarter and three months (Q1/15-16) ended on June 30, 2015 and (ii) to consider issue of convertible share warrants on a preferential basis to promoters and promoters group, subject to such regulatory permission / approvals as may be required for the same.
