With reference to the earlier letter dated July 23, 2015, Asian Granito India has now informed that the Company have made revision in the period of closure of the trading window of the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from July 24, 2015 till ‘48 hours’ after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015 to the public.
