Gujarat Industries Power Company has informed that 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 19, 2015 at 11.00 am at the Registered Office of the Company, September 12, 2015 shall be the ‘Cut-Off’ date to determine the Shareholders eligible for e-voting at the aforesaid ensuing 30th AGM, E-voting period will starts at 9.00 am on September 16, 2015 and ends at 5.00 pm on September 18, 2015 and the Company has appointed J J Gandhi & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, Vadodara, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the E-voting and the voting process at the 30th AGM in a fair and transparent manner.
