Further, the Trading Window as defined in the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed in connection with the approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results (for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015) on and from July 31, 2015 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results.
