Also inform that in connection with the above, as per the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated employees of the Company from August 01, 2015 to August 16, 2015. Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company’s shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
