Stanpacks India has informed that the next meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, to consider and to take on record the Unaudited Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Further the Company informs that in connection with the above, as per the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities the Company will remain closed for all designated employees of the Company from August 01, 2015 to August 15, 2015. Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company’s shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
