Further the Trading Window for dealing in Company’s securities shall remain closed from July 23, 2015 to August 06, 2015 due to the above, in terms of clause 6 of the ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct’ framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
