Further, in terms of provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 31, 2015 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on August 08, 2015.
