Further, the Trading window in respect of aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results, shall remain closed for a period of 7 days prior to this scheduled Board Meeting and 48 hours thereafter i.e. from the August 04, 2015 to August 13, 2015 in terms of SEBI {Prohibition of Insider Trading} Regulations, 2015.
