With reference to Increase in Volume, Ess Dee Aluminium has clarified that in the last one year, the Company had made the disclosures under Clause 36 identifying those events which are material to the business of the Company. These disclosures are being sent to you separately by mail. We are not clear as to whether any of the aforesaid information could have lead to an increase in Volume of the Company’s shares. Apart from the above, they wish to inform you that as of now the Company does not have any information / announcement that have a bearing on the operation / performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information in regard to the Company that could have led to the sudden spurt on the price behavior and volume of transactions of the Company’s scrip.
