With reference to the earlier letter dated July 25, 2015 regarding Closure of Trading Window, Royal Orchid Hotels has now informed that as per the Internal Code of Conduct and Insider Trading Policy for Royal Orchid Hotels and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of Royal Orchid Hotels closed from July 27, 2015 shall continue to be closed till August 07, 2015 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 at the Board Meeting scheduled on August 07, 2015. The Trading Window shall be opened from August 10, 2015.
