LLP appointed at the 38th Annual General Meeting (38th Annual General Meeting was held on August 27, 2014) (last AGM) have resigned on July 30, 2015. They have resigned prior to the convening and holding of the ensuing (39th) Annual General Meeting. Thus there is a casual vacancy of Auditors. The casual vacancy arising out of the resignation of SRBC & CO. LLP will be filled up by the Board at a Board Meeting to be held on August 08, 2015 in terms of provisions of Section 139(8) (i) of the Companies Act, 2013.
