Further, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 11, 2015 to August 15, 2015 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company. Accordingly, all the designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Company’s shares during the aforesaid period.
