ICICI Bank raises $500 million through international bond offering

ICICI Bank, acting through its DIFC (Dubai) branch, priced an issuance of 5 year fixed rate notes of an aggregate principal amount of $500 million. The notes were offered only outside the United States to non-US persons under Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The notes carry a coupon of 3.125% and were offered at an issue price of 99.574.
