Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct, the trading window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company shall be closed for Board Members and Designated Persons with effect from August 07, 2015. The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of unaudited Financial Result for the quarter June 30, 2015.
