Balkrishna Industries has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2015.
The company has reported 31.51% rise in its net profit at Rs 151.77 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 as compared to Rs 115.41 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the company’s total income has decreased by 8.58% to Rs 877.69 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 960.03 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The company operates mainly in the business segment of tires. It focuses on the production of a range of off-highway tires that includes agricultural, industry, material handling, forestry, lawn and garden, construction and earth moving tires.
