Kothari Mehta & Company, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of fifty third AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2020 and to fix their remuneration, approved the proposal of providing Corporate Guarantee and / or providing securities of the Company up to Rs. 450 crores and interest etc. on behalf of Ansal Phalak Infrastructure and approved the proposal of providing Corporate Guarantee and/or providing securities of the Company up to Rs. 320 crores and interest etc. on behalf of Ansal API Infrastructure.
