Polo Hotels has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2015 and Standalone Audited Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015 in compliance with Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement. The Company has further informed to that due to unavoidable technical reasons, resulting in non-compilation of financial statements and subsequent finalization of accounts, the company was not able to complete the Audit of books of Accounts on time and thus considering and approving Audited Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015 in subsequent Board Meeting.
