DLF is planning to unveil luxury housing project -- Regal Gardens -- in Gurgaon which is spread over 11 acres under which, the company will offer 562 premium apartments. The project is part of the 450-acre integrated township -- Garden City -- in Gurgaon. The company is expecting a sales realization of about Rs 700 crore from the said project.
Last week, DLF has collected Rs 500 crore from selling 350 flats in a luxury housing project in Gurgaon -- The Primus -- which is part of a 450 acre integrated township - DLF Garden City. The Garden City will have plotted development projects, namely The Primus, Regal Gardens and New Town Heights, besides housing a commercial complex -- Galleria 91.
Further, the company had set aside an investment amount of Rs 8,000 crore to build up the integrated township at Gurgaon within 2-3 years.
