Further in terms of Kellton Tech Solutions Limited-Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Directors / Employees / Connected persons and their immediate relatives from August 24, 2015 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended June 30, 2015. All Directors / Employees / Connected persons and their immediate relatives have been informed not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
