Bosch has announced the results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2011.
The company has posted a net profit of Rs 281.14 crore for the quarter ended December 2011, up 33.54% from Rs 210.53 crore in the corresponding year-ago period. Its total income has increased by 8.90% to Rs 2040.45 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1873.61 crore for the similar quarter of the previous year.
Bosch has recommended a dividend of Rs 50 per share for the year ended December 31, 2011 (in addition to special dividend of Rs 85 per share declared by the board on June 01, 2011).
