The Exchange had sought clarification from Kinetic Engineering with respect to news article appearing in Business Line on August 21, 2015 titled ‘Kinetic to bring Italian super-bike Augusta to India’. Kinetic Engineering replied stating that this matter pertains to an Kinetic World Private Limited an unlisted group company of Kinetic Engineering Limited and not to the company. As such, it would not be appropriate for us to comment on the same. However, they would like to reiterate that as in the past, the company would continue to inform stock exchange about any price sensitive information before the same is made public.
