The Exchange had sought clarification from Adani Power with respect to media news appearing in Business Standard on August 20, 2015 titled ‘Adani Power may be disqualified from Rs 3,662cr transmission projects’. Adani Power replied stating that they has not received any letter from the competent authority disqualifying it from the Transmission Projects. The Company keeps the exchange informed about events, information etc. including price sensitive information in accordance with regulatory requirements. In the event, there is any development that requires disclosure under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, they will make the same in accordance with regulatory requirements.
