Federal Bank dips on stake sale by Morgan Stanley Mauritius

Federal Bank is currently trading at Rs 60.85, down by 1.70 points or 2.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 62.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 64.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 64.00 and Rs. 59.85 respectively. So far 5247468 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 79.73 on 03-Jul-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 58.03 on 26-Aug-2014.

Federal Bank has posted a rise of 1.17% in its net profit at Rs 280.53 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 277.29 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank has increased by 9.77% at Rs 2214.28 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 2017.12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.
