Gammon India is reportedly in talks with Hinduja Group to sell its EPC business and negotiations may be hovering around a valuation of Rs 300 crore. Recently, the company announced its plans to separate its EPC as well as transmission & distribution businesses into subsidiaries called Gammon Retail Infra and Transrail Lighting, respectively.

Gammon India provides engineering services and construction of services. It operates in plan, design and undertakes construction of roads, highways, bridges and other projects.
