Huhtamaki PPL has received an approval for consolidation of its subsidiary companies ‘Positive Packaging Industries’ and ‘Webtech Labels’ with itself. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 31, 2015 has approved for the same. The board has also approved the appointment of a valuer and merchant banker and will meet again to consider the final restructuring plan.
