Shrenuj & Company has informed that the remuneration and compensation committee at its meeting held on February 29, 2012, has allotted 305,500 equity shares of Rs. 2 each at a price of Rs. 21 per share upon exercise of ESOP Options under ESOS - 2006.
Consequently, issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the company shall stand increased to Rs. 15,28,19,190 comprising of 7,64,09,595 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
