Net 4 India has informed that the Company had applied for grant of extension for holding the Annual General Meeting up to a period not exceeding 3 months from the due date of AGM that is, till December 31, 2015 to Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, subject to their approval. The above intimation as regards to application for extension of AGM had already been sent to the Stock Exchanges vide letter dated August 21, 2015. ROC vide its order dated August 31, 2015 had approved for Three month extension that is, up to December 31, 2015.
