Welspun Infra Developers has sold 21.27 lakh shares of Welspun Enterprises through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 57.48 valuing the transaction to Rs 12.23 crore. Furthermore, International Synthfabsp has also sold 13.63 lakh shares of the company for an average price of Rs 57.48 through open market route.
