Further, as per the requirement of Clause 35 B of the Listing Agreement and the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is providing e-voting facility to its shareholders from September 27, 2015 (10.00 A.M.) to September 29, 2015 (5:00 P.M.) and for that purpose the cut-off date shall be September 23, 2015.
