L&T rises on eyeing Rs 3,000 crore infrastructure projects from Sri Lanka

Larsen & Toubro is currently trading at Rs. 1619.35, up by 26.90 points or 1.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 1592.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1577.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1623.50 and Rs. 1556.15 respectively. So far 209945 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1892.95 on 04-Mar-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1400.00 on 08-Oct-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1624.50 and Rs. 1493.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 149012.95 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.68% and 41.93% respectively.

In a bid to expand its global presence, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is expecting Rs 3,000 crore infrastructure projects from Sri Lanka. The company is looking at 2 or 3 projects which will materialize in the next 3-4 months.
