With reference to the earlier letter dated August 13, 2015 stating the appointment of Dhaval Gupta as Whole-time Director on the Board of the Company with effect from September 01, 2015, Cyber Media India has now informed that the said date i.e. September 01, 2015 was inadvertently mentioned in the aforesaid letter. The correct date of appointment of Dhaval Gupta as Whole-time Director is October 01, 2015. Further, the said appointment to be effective from October 01, 2015 is subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 30, 2015.
