Hydro S & S Industries informs about outcome of board meeting

Hydro S & S Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 11, 2015, has elected Bo Jingen, Managing Director as Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect from September 11, 2015 and he was designated as Chairman and Managing Director and rights entitlement - Rights Issue of 37,03,364 equity shares of face value Rs.10 each for cash at an issue price of Rs.270 per equity share (including premium of Rs.260 per equity share) in the ratio of 578 equity shares for every 1000 equity shares held, aggregating to Rs.99.99 Crores.
