Corporation Bank has informed that one of the Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank, Manohar Chaudhry and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, vide their letter dated August 14, 2015 addressed to the Bank, have expressed their inability to carry out the assignment of Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank for the year 2015-16, as one of the partners of the firm, T. N. Manoharan, has been appointed as Part time Non-official Director and Non-Executive Chairman of Canara Bank by the Government of India, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, vide letter dated August 14, 2015. The Board of Directors of the Bank in their meeting held on September 08, 2015 noted the same.
