The second LoA is for Project No. WCP 7 worth Rs 205 crore to Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain and Transfer (DBFOMT) of Existing State Highway Hungund - Muddebihal - Talikot in the state of Karnataka on DBFOMT Annuity Basis.
