With reference to the news reported in Mint, 14/09/2015 - ‘Leela Hotels in Goa, Chennai up for sale’, Hotel Leelaventure has now clarified on their letter dated March 02, 2015 regarding releasing of Expression of Interest (EOI) for sale of the Company’s two hotels in Goa and Chennai by JM Financial Institutional Securities. They would like to clarify that the Company is in discussion with various investors / interested parties for sale of the above hotels. However, the Company has not entered into any agreement with any of them. The Company and its senior management continue to evaluate proposals and suitable announcement will be made to the Stock Exchanges at an appropriate time.
