Duke Offshore has informed that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company was held on September 14, 2015. Avik G Suke, Chairman, Managing Director chaired the proceeding of the Meeting. Since the required quorum was not present, pursuant to section 103(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Chairman adjourned the Annual General Meeting of the Company. As per the said Act, the adjourned AGM will be held on September 21, 2015 at 05.00 P.M. at the same venue i.e. 403 - Urvashi, Off Sayani Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400 025.
