With reference to the earlier letter dated September 01, 2015, regarding the conduct of the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) at Hall of Culture, Nehru Centre, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai-400 018 to transact ordinary and special businesses, as set out in the Notice of the 13th AGM, together with the Explanatory Statement thereto. MEP Infrastructure Developers has informed that due to specific reasons, the time of the 13th AGM of the Company has now been rescheduled to 12.30 pm (IST) instead of 11:30 am (IST). The day, date and venue of the AGM remain unchanged.
