With reference to the earlier letter dated August 14, 2015, Torrent Power has informed that the Company has received the Certified True Copy of the Order of the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat sanctioning the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Torrent Energy Limited (‘Transferor Company-1’), and Torrent Cables Limited (‘Transferor Company-2’) with Torrent Power Limited (‘Company’ or ‘Transferee Company’). The said Order shall be filed with the Registrar of Companies within the prescribed timelines.
