With reference to the earlier letter dated may 28, 2015 regarding the declaration of final dividend for the financial year 2014-15, Rural Electrification Corporation has now informed that the shareholders of the company in its 46th annual general meeting held on September 16, 2015, have declared final dividend at the rate of Rs 2.70 per share for the financial year 2014-2015. The total dividend (including interim dividend) for the financial year 2014-2015 declared by the company amounts to Rs 10.70 per share (face value Rs 10 each). The final dividend at the rate of Rs 2.70 per equity share for the financial year 2014-15 will be paid on October 07, 2015.
