Shree Manufacturing Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2015, has decided to pass the following resolution through Postal Ballot pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, to obtain the approval of the shareholders for shifting of registered office of the Company from the State of West Bengal to the State of Maharashtra.
