Swagruha Infrastructure has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2015 to September 30, 2015 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. Further, in term of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Company has fixed September 23, 2015 as cut-off date for determining the members who entitle to vote through electronically or physical ballot for the businesses to be transacted at ensuing AGM.
