Ganesha Ecosphere has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2015 has made the Allotment of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of the Company to the ‘MCAP India Fund.’, ( Non-Promoter), against conversion of 2,50,000 Warrants earlier allotted to them on preferential basis on 03.10.2014, in terms of in-principle approval letter dated 26.09.2014 of BSE Ltd. With the aforesaid allotment, the total Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been enhanced from Rs 18,92,68,770 to Rs 19,17,68,770 divided into 1,91,76,877 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.
