Kriti Industries get approval from High Court of Indore for its proposed scheme of amalgamation of Kriti Corporate and Kriti Auto Accessories, Kasta Pipes and Shipra Pipes with Sakam Trading. Pursuant to this, Sakam Trading’s holding increased to 25843673 that is 52.10% shares and becomes holding company of the company.
