IRB Infrastructure Developers has received its board’s approval to form Infrastructure Investment Trust and to act as sponsor of the Trust. The board also approved constitution of a Committee of Directors to facilitate formation of the Trust and to deal with related matters. The Committee will transfer undertakings of the company to the Trust. The company’s board gave its approval for the same at its meeting held on September 23, 2015.
