Celebrity Fashions has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Uma Maheswari holding prescribed qualification as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from September 18, 2015, in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement. Further, the Company Secretary shall act as Compliance officer of the Company in place of Charath Ram Narsimhan, Managing Director, for performing all the duties as prescribed under the listing agreement and other applicable Regulations.
