NG Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 28, 2015, have considered and approved the appointment of Santosh Kumar Thakur as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with immediate effect, from this date in place of Rajesh Goenka who will hereinafter continue as a Whole Time Director of the Company, and considered and approved the appointment of Pritam Paul as Whole Time Company Secretary as well as compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect, from this date Rajesh Goenka hereinafter will cease to be the Compliance Officer of the Company from this date.
