Andhra Bank rises on inking MoU with Honda Motorcycle

Andhra Bank is currently trading at Rs. 67.50, up by 0.30 points or 0.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 67.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 67.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 67.95 and Rs. 65.45 respectively. So far 166046 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 101.00 on 01-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.35 on 10-Sep-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 69.20 and Rs. 64.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3972.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.02% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.81% and 16.17% respectively.

Andhra Bank has inked memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) for financing Honda 2-wheelers. The bank will offer easy retail finance option for Honda two-wheelers at an interest rate of 11.75 per cent on reducing balance on the total repayment amount.

Loans will be extended for five years up to 85 per cent of the total cost of the vehicle up to a maximum of Rs. 1.50 lakh with zero processing and documentation charges. For women, a special discount of 0.75 bps will also be offered.
